The Incap patented Dispensing Closure Technology was developed to keep vitamins, liquid-sensitive and other essential ingredients protected and separated from water until it’s time to drink. This breakthrough dispensing closure is hermetic (airtight) sealed, ensuring freshness and delivering maximum vitamin potency.

The driving force behind the Incap dispensing closure technology is the fact that vitamins deteriorate in water, causing premixed vitamin drinks to lose their strength over time. The supplemental information printed on most premixed vitamin drinks is based on the ingredients at the time of bottling, not the time of consumption.

“Consumers need to know that after just 60 days on a shelf, premixed drinks can have only 40 to 60 percent of their vitamins remaining.

The 28mm Incap can be filled with 6,9ml of liquid or up to 6,9 grams of powder, depending on the density of the powder.
The 38mm Incap can be filled with 15ml of liquid or up to 15 grams of powder, depending on the density of the powder.

PCO 1810 for the 28mm Incap, We are in the process of making also a 28mm Incap, which will fit the PCO 1881 neck finish, but not before 2019.
2 Starter 38mm Thread or also called a Bericap H176 neck finish and from spring 2018 a 3 Starter 38mm neck finish for the 38mm Incap.

We do have already produced colors from different projects and customers but of course, any other color would be available. If you do have a different color request, please send us all the possible information you have like RAL, Pantone, or other color codes.

Standard “color” is a semi-white transparent: This color occurs with the base PP material. Any other colors are a mixture of colorized PP material together with the base PP material used in our caps. Of course, all the colors do keep the Food & Beverage requirements are tested under these requirements with the standard migration tests.

No, it is a classical closure once it’s activated. You have to unscrew the cap, but of course, you can close it again. Let us know if you are interested in the drink trough technology as we are now developing a Sportscap.

Yes. Incap closures, made with PP Borealis, are 100% recyclable.

Incap encourages consumers to replace the cap on the bottle prior to recycling. Recycling of closures often occurs as a result of the bottle recycling process, which is why it is important to make sure the closures are placed back on the bottles prior to recycling.

We have been dealing with bio-polymers and sustainability for years. Unfortunately, they have not kept what they promised and we have not been able to implement any projects yet.

Most biodegradable materials, on closer inspection or during their manufacture, represent an additional burden on the environment.

• The properties are usually insufficient
• Biodegradable sounds good, but the process starts immediately after production. This reduces the longevity or usability enormously
• Last but not least the higher price makes the economic use difficult

But time changes a lot and developments continue. In any case, we stay tuned, we are in constant contact with suppliers and are testing new materials.

Nevertheless, our caps are made out of PP Borealis which is 100% recyclable!

Yes. The exterior appearance of the Incap can be customized on the top surface, subject to technical limitations and minimum sales volume.

The Incaps are originally delivered in two parts: The Dome and the Base part. The Dome part has to be filled and then closed with the Base. So, basically, yes, you can fill the cap by yourself, or any local co-packer / -filler can fill the cap with minor adaptions to his filling line.

The caps, which are packed in plastic bags in cardboard boxes, are sterile once the come out of the injecting molding machine and foiling process.
However, we recommend strongly to sterilize the caps before filling and capping.
This can be done by using vapourised H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide), Radiation, or/and UVC Light.

Curcumin Booster Color: yellow Taste: tropical fruit
This product is designed to protect the cardiovascular system since curcumin is known to lower cholesterol and blood sugar as well as acting as a powerful modulator of inflammation. Since it also enhances liver function and fat metabolism it is an ideal “everyday” product. Although it was is not specifically designed for sports recovery, it is the ideal formulation for that since active sport forces minor inflammation as well as the “production” of free radicals in the body. Curcumin has a high antioxidant power which eliminates free radicals.

Formulation 2

Green Tea Booster Color: light mint Taste: berry/tropical
This product enhances mental functions and helps to focus. This effect is enhanced by better blood circulation and oxygen uptake. There are many scientific studies around that prove this effect of the green tea polyphenols. Since brain health (e.g. Alzheimer and Parkinson disease) is closely related to long-lasting minor inflammations in the brain, the anti-inflammatory power of green tea is the best long term brain protection.

If you go for the semi-white transparent Incaps with the standard basic PP material, without any color, we can not guarantee it. If you get colored Incaps, the darker the better!
